This job posting is for civil sector projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web for the company projects for the civil industry. Using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, this candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design.
Responsibilities
Design and submit wireframes, user stories, prototypes optimized for interface designs.
Design customer-specific UIs for Mobile/App/Web solutions and applications.
Design the product by researching, designing, drafting, creating sketches, prototyping and sample creation for the web and application.
Make strategic design and user experience decisions for existing and new functions and features.
Follow design trends closely and use them in interface design in accordance with the brand design identity.
Identify design problems and suggest solutions.
Explore the needs and pain-points of our customers, collaborate with other development and product management team members to identify design-related tasks and create innovative solutions.
Constantly review the user interface to improve the dynamics and aesthetics of products and solutions.
Work with partners to create the highest quality and creative UIs.
Proficiency in Adobe Xd, Figma or Sketch
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications
BSc. / MSc. in Computer Sciences, Graphic Arts, Fine Arts, Visual & Experience Design, Industrial Design or in related areas.
Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design,
Experience in designing and developing intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual layouts for mobile (iOS/Android), desktop and web applications.
Knowledge of IOS & Android latest design guidelines and web, mobile trends/technologies,
Providing design support for multiple platforms and products,
Knowledge of service design, interaction design, user-centered design processes, as well as knowledge of UX principles and techniques
An understanding of Agile product development practices
Having prototyping skills to explain how the product will be presented to the end user.
Understand visual and interactive design disciplines and principles, and user behavior psychology.
Working in harmony with all units and departments in the design ecosystem and providing time management,
Having strong communication skills, collaboration, cross-functional working & multi-tasking skills

Experience in illustration or 2D Animation is a plus
