Requirements;
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the related field,
- Fluency or at least Full Professional Proficiency in English and Turkish,
- High-Level Experience in a Unity/Unity3D environment 4+ years,
- Experience with plugin integrations on both IOS&Android,
- Understanding of SOLID principles,
- Creating Object-Oriented designs,
- Knowledgeable about Shader Graphs,
- Able to perform KPI analysis and prepare action plans to make games better,
- Experienced in Animations,
- Passion for creating and playing mobile games,
- Having built and launched one more mobile game,
- Ability to adapt to new engineering skills, concepts, and software.
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- Managing multiple projects and leading a team of developers,
- Plan, Execute, Deliver
- A strong Team Player
Nice to Have:
- Postgraduate Degrees in any field.
- Being familiar with Multiplayer Casino Games mechanics,
- Passion for Casino Games,
- Having experience with Shader Graphs,
- Producing and publishing a poker game
- Understanding how different disciplines work in collaboration within a project.
- Taking responsibility and making improvements in all relevant areas from the idea stage to the production stage,
