QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Design, Visual Communication Design, or related field,
- Minimum 4 years of similar or related experience in UX/UI design of physical and digital products. A portfolio representing skills and processes is required,
- Excellent skills in UX/UI relevant 2D design, user flows, prototyping, and data transfer tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Xd), Sketch, and Zeplin,
- Ability to develop task briefs and contribute to the creation of strategic briefs,
- General knowledge of research and design methodologies, experience on user-centered design principles,
- Being able to work and manage multiple projects autonomously from brief to completion within interdisciplinary internal and external teams,
- Having participated in user research and usability tests,
- Having strong conceptual and visual skills,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,

How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Senior User Experience/Interface Designer (UX/UI Designer) who will join our team at Industrial Design Directorate.
- Being part of UX and UI projects around the product design topic, designing and coordinating the design processes of the interfaces of major domestic appliances, small domestic appliances, and consumer electronics, in terms of both hardware and software,
- Working on conceptual studies in order to propose new product ideas. Coordinating brainstorm sessions, focus group studies, surveys, and usability studies to find out unspoken needs of the users,
- Designing the whole steps of UX/UI design of Arçelik products with multi-disciplined internal and external teams; creating user scenarios, flows, information architecture, sketches, wireframes, mock-ups, visuals, and motion graphics where needed,
- Transferring the design data to development, test, and verification teams,
- Prototyping the interfaces and conducting usability tests with users to measure the experience,
- Researching the UX, UI, and interaction design trends and technological developments; looking for implementation opportunities for new projects,
- Being an active member of a cross-functional product development team with industrial designers, graphic designers, product managers, R&D teams, developers, and testers.
