GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for a Service Center Officerwho will work at the Freebird Airlines Antalya Office.

Qualifications:

  • Bacherlor’s degree in related departments,
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Relations,
  • Good knowledge of English and German (in writing and speaking)
  • Ability to use computer, e.g. MS Office applications and reservation systems,
  • Possess a customer focus, continuous improvement mentality,
  • Be able to work in shifts,
  • Being confidential and open-minded,
  • Strong discussion skills and analysis /synthesis capabilities,
  • High learning capability, quick adaptation to changes,
  • Being target-oriented, ability to set priorities for effective time management,
  • Organizational and teamwork ability,
  • High responsibility and stress resistance,


Tasks:

  • Dealing with customers/passengers regarding their satisfaction at Freebird services,
  • Handling of customer/passenger claims by analyzing, classifying, and recording them and reporting/informing related departments for required actions,
  • Having expertise for the regulations published by authorities about passenger rights for air travel,
  • Making reservations or refund them to be up to date regarding regulations & covid measures
  • Arranging and applying the customer satisfaction questionnaire to customer/passengers in certain time periods and record the feedbacks, analyze and report the results,
  • Providing information related with customer/passenger feedbacks to the departments according to their subject, open corrective and preventive actions if necessary and follow-up on the quality management systems,
  • Tracking the revision on the rules and regulations for passenger rights and provide compliance for the regulations,
  • Have responsibility for Compliance Monitoring System in his/her department, participate to quality audits if necessary, prepare necessary documents and keep the records,
  • Take responsibility for own proffessional development,
  • Should not have any problem in traveling domestic/international,
