The position is located in Samsun How will you foster the change? We are looking for a passionate
Service Executive who will join our team at Customer Care Team.
- Planning and monitoring regional activities regard to customer satisfaction,
- Visiting authorized dealers and authorized services and solving their problems,
- Controlling authorized service centers within the boundaries of the region to oversee their compliance with company procedures and service standards,
- Controlling pay – benefits of the authorized services,
- Reporting all activities to the administrator in the region.
