What are my responsibilities?

• Executing and coordinating the activities from service request including offer creation until the delivery of the services and completion of commercial transactions.
• Follow-up of spare parts orders required for service cases.
• Customer communcation related with service cases
• I-Base Maintenance in ERP or related service management platforms

• Preparation of Management Reporting.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Customer Services
  • Empathy for the customer and advocacy in the name of the customer
  • Resolution skills for balancing the natural tension of the customer by coordinating internal operational structues and people accordingly
  • Intermediate level in English
  • Intermediate level in MS Office Tools
  • Experience with SAP is an asset

What else do I need to know?

• Military service should be completed for male candidates.
