Job Description

Main responsibilities Required Supervise repair shop operations and workshop team members , request and provide drawings, research repair history, trouble shoot.

Communicate technical repair & maintenance information to workshop team and workshop manager .

Lead and drive technical knowledge of the team and newcomers by having an active presence on the shop floor.

Continuously works close cooperation with workshop manager to job planning & training planning of the team members.

Determine necessary shop supplies and tooling. Work with workshop manager and Team on daily operational issues and support repair growth.

Participate in weekly planning meeting and positive participation in daily work schedule board meetings and create improvement initiatives.

Supervise shop safety and ensure shop safety inspections are complete and employees using proper PPE.

Work with workshop manager and QHSE team on Quality and turnaround improvements and other related projects.

Maintain Employee time sheet daily reporting. Track and report Update all required tools and consumables in workshop.

Assist with developing and providing repair procedures covering multiple product lines. Procure Engineering support for other team members as required and when needed for direction.

Be engaged 5S projects and process improvements in all areas.

Assist with opening IT and technical helpdesk tickets for team members.
Perform other duties as directed by Workshop Management.
