QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering,

• Master’s Degree is a plus,

• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),

• Preferably experienced or junior (experienced candidates in related area will be prioritized),

• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,

• Knowledge of 3D modeling (preferably creo user),

• Ability to read and draw technical pictures

• Analytical thinker,

• Successful in creating practical solutions,

• Strong self-motivation,

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conducting the necessary research for alternative raw material studies, meeting with relevant suppliers, sharing technical details about the raw materials needed for suppliers,

• To manage the process of jul-ing the first samples for the raw material issues studied, transmitting them to the related subsidiary industries and conducting the first tests,

• To ensure that the necessary tests are carried out and reported for approval studies on samples of sheet metal raw materials tests carried out at the Vestel cooker devices production facility and in subsidiary industries,

• Before making a sheet metal mold, to make a feasibility study to force the selection of new sheet metal raw materials to be used in the molds from the active codes and to direct them to the correct raw material,

• Optimizing processes, eliminating or minimizing application disadvantages by working at points where there may be advantages in production and process,

• Determine the areas open to deficiency and improvement by making benchmark comparisons for Sheet Raw Materials,

• Creating projects for missing and open to development areas identified in research and implementing these projects, performing regular follow-up, reporting,

• To be in close relationship with the Sales and Marketing teams, to evaluate the suggestions and requests from these teams within the framework of the current situation and possibility, to put forward projects related to them if necessary,

• Customer, dealer, etc. in the field. evaluating complaints from channels such as,

• Developing projects that will solve problems in after-sales feedback from customers.

Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
