QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Planning POS Integration rollout schedule based on Rollout Activity Checklist on weekly basis and ensuring all vendors are aligned with weekly plan and acting accordingly.

• Tracking Rollout Activity Checklist per site in the rollout plan in daily basis and coordinate timing of actions with relevant vendors and resolve any issue, conflict, or misalignment in daily huddles or via instant communication.

• Keeping Rollout Activity Checklist up to date according to lessons learnt from issues & conflicts, with Continuous Improvement perspective.

• Working with Project Business Specialist to convince dealers to execute the Project migration or end parallel run & start sales operation in the new system, according to project plan provided by Project Manager and B2C Portfolio Manager.

• Support Project Business Specialist and Nego Team to introduce Project Site System to Dealers & Accountants and answer their technical and operational queries.

• Managing Change Request demands from dealers & accountants in the Project Site System and working with B2C Portfolio Manager in terms of analysis, design, and delivery of enhancements with coordination of relevant vendors.

• Working with IT Operations Lead to design a unique infrastructure specific to some dealers with exceptional site setup and not aligned with generic infrastructure schema.

• Based on pre-generated test scripts end-to-end testing of Change Requests on Test Lab before they are piloted and implemented on site.

• Running end-to-end tests on Test Lab for major releases with every component of the Project System such as Shell App, Cash Register, Site System, Site System Simulator, and Back Office Systems.

• Running end-to-end tests regression tests on Test Lab to ensure existing functionalities are working as expected.

• Keeping test scripts up to date as new functionalities are added or bugs resolved in system components.

• Participating in weekly calls with Global Team for test evaluation and task/action follow-up.

• Working closely with test team in Bangalore to execute the test scripts in coordination.

• Planning & executing deployment of enhancements with IT Operations and Infrastructure team.

• Tracking release upgrade status of site in Project site network with site system vendor and coordinating resolution of any installation gaps.


Bachelor’s degree (in Computer / Electrical - Electronics Engineering)

Minimum 5 year experience with installation and test and ability to adopt new techniques quickly.

Excellent coordination & organization skills to ensure every linked activity is delivered on time

• Good knowledge on Network, Architecture and Operating System basics to resolve issues during site rollout

• Driving delivery excellence through influence to convince dealers to end parallel run & start sales operation on the new system at the end of the installation process

• Excellent testing and system know-how to be able to run end-to-end tests and ensure no software bug penetrates to Cross Loyalty network

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to convince dealers for change in systems & daily operations.

• Good analysis skill to recommend design alternatives for a new infrastructure setup, application functionality or bug resolution

• Good oral / written English, Turkish.

• Result & action oriented to resolve conflicts, issues and time-consuming barriers in rollout and delivery
