We are a multinational production company in Packaging Industry located in Istanbul-Tuzla. We are looking for 'Shift Engineer‘.
Qualifications:
· University degree in Engineering. Preferably chemical, mechanical or industrial engineering.
· Good communicator, team player, dynamic, goal oriented, highly flexible and hard worker
· Experience/knowledge in a similar industrial environment (preferably printing inks or printing industry)
· Ability to come up to speed quickly on new techniques/processes to work independently in a fast paced environment
· Good level in both written and verbal English is a must. German is an advantage.
· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge
· No military obligation for male candidates
· Knowledge and experience on Lean Production Tools, problem solving tools, Lean production systems.
· Knowledge and observance of health and safety rules and guidelines.
· Knowledge and observance of Quality assurance system rules, procedures and guidelines.
Job Description:
· Reporting to Production Manager
· Supervise the daily operations and workflow of a production
· Support and lead all the actions and activities by considering the company and legal health, safety and environment standards
· Ensure improvements are made, metrics are tracked, and confirm that production deadlines are always met and held to a standard of consistency
· Ensure work procedures are applied to meet production schedules
· Carry out plans, directs, coordinates, and controls activities of workers engaged in production
· Development of appropriate engineering solutions (programs) to resolve various technical challenges
· Work with SCM Team in order to improve production facilities
