QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose
Wilhelmsen Ships Service is one of the major shipping agency in the world.
We are looking for an experienced Ships Agency Operators to join our team of experts, to assist the Ships Agency Operations Manager in managing the Ships Agency Service Operation; driving service quality and effectiveness and managing resources and processes related to the agency services provided by WSS within designated ports.
Qualifications
- Min. 3 year experience in Ships Agency Operations
- Familiar with Local Port Authority regulations, procedures and governing tariffs.
- Ability to multitask and organise under pressure without compromising safety of personnel and vessel.
- Good communication skills and command of the English language (oral and written)
- Strong mentoring and customer relationship skills.
- Self-motivated and result orientated.
- Good cost awareness and control
- Computer literate.
