• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university,

• At least 5 years of experience of training management in cosmetics sector

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English

• Innovative and pro-active person with effective communication skills,

• Analytic mind with strong reporting and planning skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong coordination skills

• Military service should have been completed for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Missions

• Manage the training activity and programs for Shiseido and retail generic staff

• Deliver the company’s training objectives & strategies through various channels – on/off line

• Organize field trainings for for Shiseido and retail generic staff

• Plan and monitor training and traveling expenses according to budget & resources optimization

• Maintain relationship with retailers

• Work closely with sales team to set beauty consultants qualitative and quantitative KPI and development plan

Development

• Adapt international training materials in order to fit local specificities

• Translate/proofread and enhance content of existing training support documents

• Provide support for delivering and following up on the company’s training objectives

• Provide inputs & feedbacks to Management on training and coaching methods & tools

Execution

• Deliver product training to both bas and generic staff in line with sales cycles & training priorities

• Deliver induction & specific training to grow & develop Shiseido following Global guidelines

• Complete relevant training reports & all necessary reports as requested by Brand Management

Management

• Develop & motivate beauty consultants through training & coaching

• Contribute to Region/Training projects: regional training needs, evaluation analysis, update of training programs, action plan on training & coaching

On-Field

• Supervise Feeld Trainer to Coach & motivate beauty consultants to ensure “in-class” product information, sales techniques and Shiseido philosofy are effectively carried out & enhanced at stores

• Store visit to observe customer purchase behavior & interact with beauty consultants and/or customer

• İdentify & feedback future training needs
