GENEL NİTELİKLER

Requirement of Construction Project Manager for ETAP LPG Bottling Unit Project, Tatouine – Tunisia.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent

15+ years proven and demonstrable experience in similar roles and extensive knowledge of managing construction activities

Excellent communication and fluent in English (both written and verbal)

Excellent communication and fluent in French is preferred

Experienced in the production of detailed procedures / documents / reports

Ability to prioritize and manage time

To have analytical thinking ability

Organization, planning and expediting skills

Leadership skills

Flexible and open to new perspectives

Execute site construction activities in conformance with project deliverables, i.e. drawings, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards

Control project schedule and cost through the efficient and maximum productivity use of construction resources including manpower, materials, tools, and equipment

Providing leadership for multiple aspects of controls including costs, planning, scheduling, supervision and management of personnel

Provide leadership and development of project team

Responsible for managing of construction and erection subcontractors

Responsible for managing contractual issues both with subcontractors and client

Establishing and maintain client relationships

Ensures construction site rules and procedures are implemented and followed and completed in accordance with safety goals
