QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Understands the different quality elements and issues and facing the business within the site and its environment.
- Works with the various departments on site and across the network to ensure effective programs are in place to manage quality to improve customer satisfaction, reduce customer dissatisfaction and reduce cost.
- Assures Right to Sell, organizes certification, customer, and internal Audits.
- Responsible for efficient site Quality management - and audit tracking system (ETQ).
- Drives total Quality culture at site level and learning organization behaviors, ensures Quality Improvement Process is established and followed.
- Continually review and optimize the site Quality structure; continually identify and introduce productivity measures while exceeding customer expectations.
- Analyzes trends from internal and external Quality Incidents for raw material, intermediates, and finished products as well as service processes.
- Defines and drives site Quality Improvement Projects and supports best practice Implementation.
- Supports Sales with Quality related customer issues or requests
- Reports of Site Quality metrics globally.
Qualifications
- Quality Management (QM/QC) experience -powder technology experience preferable
- ISO 9001-2015 certified auditor
- Fluency in English and Turkish
- Strong track record of delivering results.
- Leadership – able to motivate and lead people, champion initiatives, build teams, define, and communicate priorities and achieve results.
- Networking – able to interact effectively across functions, businesses, and regions.
- Interpersonal Sensitivity and Skill – able to understand others’ perspectives, provides leadership for others to treat people with respect, able to surface and resolve conflict in the group.
- Planning and Organizing – Establishes sound courses of action for group to be able to allocate resources to accomplish specific goals.
- Functional Expertise – solid functional/business skills / background, able to provide guidance to drive programs/projects.
- Strong data analysis skills
