QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- University degree in Engineering Departments
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality Department of Automotive Industry
- Min 2 years experienve with plastics injection parts & processes
- Experience in active usage of Problem Solving Methodologies- Good knowledge of ISO-TS Quality System
- Good knowledge of MSA, SPC, APQP, FMEA
- Excellent command of English ability and fluent speaking
- Strong analytical thinking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and willingness to learn new subjects
- Good team working skills with the willingness to accomplish tasks in harmony with the other team
members
- Good knowledge of MS office programmes
- Completed military service (for male candidates)

İŞ TANIMI

- Be the key contact for the customers
- Managing internal and external customer complaints ( making customer visits, defining the complaint and
making root cause analysis with corrective and preventive actions together with other responsible from
related departments)
- Coordination of customer audits and follow up of corrective and preventive actions initiated after audits
- Calculates and report quality metrics
- Preparing PPAP files for customers
- Carry out internal & external audits
- Assists in identifying process control issues and resolution,
- Works in accordance with the principles of continuous improvement & lean management techniques to
improve the process quality & efficiency,
- Works with procurement and the plant to resolve incoming material issues
