QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Since 2017, it has established itself very well focusing primarily on providing quality products and services to the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical and Power Industries in Turkey. It is the certified partner with Gutor LLC, the leading manufacturer of industrial UPS systems to keep operations safe and efficient and more than 50 years leadership in the oil and gas industry.
We are looking for ‘’Field Services Engineer, candidates preferred with Sales skills to our team who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Gamma Technics in Gebze – Kocaeli with the following qualifications:
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a reputable university,
· At least min. 2-3 years of work experiences in energy sector,
· Knowledge on Power Electronics as well as Strong Knowledge in UPS Service (Installation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting) is highly preferred
· Hands on experience at electrical circuits
· Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish,
· Able to communicate effectively, able to manage contract negotiations, team work oriented & customer oriented,
· Having technical background in process industries(preferred),
· High Standard of Professional Presence and Ethics
· Must have a valid driver license,
· Must not have a restriction for travelling,
· Residing in Istanbul Asian side,
· Military service must be completed for male candidates,
Tasks:
· Perform start-up-commissioning / preventive maintenance of domestic and international UPS Equipment
· Ensure the team delivering field service activity for UPS which includes troubleshooting, maintenance, site expertise
· Providing technical support for customers, sales team and team for UPS systems.
· 7 Days / 24 hours hotline service collaboration for the customers
· Able to use test devices and preparing test reports
· Closely working with planning team for efficient team scheduling, reporting all the activities based on CRM,
· Understands and complies with the company and customer HSE policies and procedures
· Ensure effective communication with team members Job
· Following up projects, orders, deliveries
· Monitoring customer and market dynamics to support sales planning,
· Report to Sales Team
