ZF Group company ZF Sachs Turkey, located in Gebze-Kocaeli, producing shock absorbers for vehicles, is looking for a qualified professional for its growing organization.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related engineering fields,
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge in shock absorber production processes,
- Very good in analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skills,
- Certified as a black belt,
- Profound knowledge of PMEA and preferably of IQRM software,
- Good knowledge of Lean concepts
- Ability to lead and motivate others,
- Having a passion for improvement,
- Good oral and written communication skills,
- Fluent in both spoken and written English,
- Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze & İzmit),
- No military obligation for male candidates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train and support operational teams in 6 sigma tools, analytical methods and problem solving technics,
- Support teams for problem solving based on analytical methods,
- Manage, develop and maintain IQRM FMEA System,
- Support teams by training and moderating for improving IQRM FMEA,
- Support and train engineers for quality and other improvements in production.
