QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor/Post Graduate degree in relevant field,
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, Agency experience is preferred,
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices,
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics,
- Good understanding of social media KPIs,
- Strong editorial skills and ability for writing clearly and creatively on social media platforms,
- Fluency in spoken and written English,
- Attention to detail,
- Proactive, problem-solving, eager to learn with an optimistic attitude.
We are looking for “Social Media Executive” who can work in our FLO Retail.
- Managing Digital Marketing and Social Media team,
- Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals,
- Delivering effective and creative social media & digital marketing content planning,
- Increasing social media engagement across platforms,
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve e-commerce performance,
- Being responsible for influencer marketing campaigns,
- Analyzing & interpreting data to generate actionable insights to improve KPIs and overall performance,
- Following-up of social media and digital marketing trends,
- Working closely with Product Categories, Sales and Ecommerce teams.
