Medlife Group is a fast growing company in İzmir, Turkey that arranges treatment plans for its patients from all around the world. We specialise in many fields of medical treatments ranging from general practices to cosmetic procedures.
We are looking for a new teammate for our team.
Job Description:
- Managing and growing multiple large social media profiles, whilst maintaining a consistent high-quality brand image with every post.
- Engaging with our customer community on our social platforms
- Creating unique posts that meet specific objectives (engagement, clicks, etc.)
- Developing an insights-driven influencer strategy.
- Observing influencer cooperation potentials and ensuring growth by negotiating on beneficial issues.
- Organizing influencer events.
- Meeting the questions, opinions and demands of current influencers.
- Experience in ad platforms like ''Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Tiktok & Twitter''.
- Making data-driven decisions to improve engagement and post quality
- Collaborating with the rest of the team on the creative aspects of the social ads
- Staying current with the latest social media updates and trends
Qualifications:
- 4 years’ university degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital communications, influencer management, content production and content marketing
- Communication skills in English
- Good communication and negotiation skills
