QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Social Media Specialist” with excellent English communication skills to join our Marketing Communications Team.

This role will be responsible for end to end social media management and content marketing in a multinational company, Global Kapital Group and its sub brands. Social Media Specialist will work closely with Global Marketing Teams, Creative Team, Analytical Marketing, Content, Performance Marketing, Regional Marketing, Digital/Social Media and Content Provider Agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the marketing and social media agency to devise a social media content strategy that aligns with the company's wider goals
  • Creating annual social media plan in line with Marketing Strategy and providing weekly, monthly and quarterly activity/campaign reports
  • Keeping up to date with industry best practice and monitoring content activities of competitor websites and social media accounts
  • Developing projects to improve the digital visibility of the company
  • Simultaneous management of social media accounts that belong to different regions and content planning suitable for every audience
  • Provide analytical reports in terms of social media activities,
  • Follow-up of social media and digital marketing trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Economics/ Finance/International Relations
  • Master’s degree in Marketing Communications, Digital Media, Digital Marketing, etc.
  • + 3 years of digital marketing experience, with demonstrable experience leading and managing social media, content creation and social media agency management
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing, advertising and integrated marketing communications, including strategy, creative, production and media
  • Has the necessary technical knowledge for the vehicles needed to be use such as Facebook Business Manager, Creator Studio, Adobe Photoshop
  • Problem solving ability and customer oriented thinking skills
