We are looking for a Software Analyst to enrich our team
Responsibilities
· Project/Product Monitoring and Management
· Active involvement at all phases of requirements and business analysis in the fields of application
· Designing process improvement methods and assessing process efficiency in software projects and software applied fields
· Analysis and specification of software project requirements and processes, and documentation according to the standards
· Converting business needs into functional designs
· Keeping up with the new technologies for mobile and web applications
· Preparation of Mockups according to software requirements document
· Documentation in line with international standards
· ASIS and TOBE analysis
· Process improvements
· Requirement documentation
· BPMN model and UML drawings
· Design documentation
· Preparation of User Guides
Qualifications
· B.S. / M.S. degree in Industrial Engineering or Software Engineering or related quantitative disciplines such as Mathematics
· 2 years of experience in software related fields
· Strong analytical thinking
· Knowledge of UML and BPMN
· In depth knowledge of Software Lifecycle Management
· Interest for mobile and web applications
· Experience with software issue tracking tools like Jira, Azure, Redmine
· Full computer literacy
· Good command of written and spoken English
· Experience in and knowledge of data collection and analysis
· Good communication skills and team working
· Strong understanding of project management principles
· Strong leadership skills
· Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
· Thinking broadly about business
Additional Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in Balsamiq Wireframes
· Experience in StarUML
· Experience in modeling with BPMN
