B2B Commercial Representative for Identity and Access Management Software Solution - Turkey market.


We are hiring for a leader in Identity and Access Management software solutions. Their offerings ensure that the right users have the right access to the right data with a suitable authentication method. Managing Identities centrally and using strong authentication to inspect access helps reduce vulnerabilities and increase companies security posture.

You will strive to help prospects and customers modernize IT, build customer experiences, and prevent breaches by mapping the solutions to their needs. The Commercial Representative will cultivate tight-knit relationships with customers and key partners while maintaining knowledge of company evolving technology. Moreover, the Commercial Representative will help the customers to achieve the desired positive business outcomes with the solutions.

The Commercial Representative has an overall sales target and KPI goals which are revenue – based.

Your responsibilities...

  • You will manage the sales process for Corporate / Commercial new logo customers
  • You will expand business within existing customers by building long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and at the same time expand customer base
  • You will develop the territory plan and execute against an assigned quota
  • You will prospect, forecast, build and maintain a sales pipeline with assigned Sales Development Representatives.
  • You will present to C-level executives in the field and via web demonstrations.
  • You will partner with ISV's and strategic partners to win revenue.
  • You will embrace their #1 core value “love our customers”.
  • You will position at both the functional and “business value” level with target stakeholders.
  • You will champion to prospective clients at sales presentations, on-site visits and product demonstrations.
  • You will build effective working partnerships with colleagues (channel partners, sales engineering, business value management, customer first and many more globally) with humility and enthusiasm.
  • You will generate new business with Corporate-sized organizations.
  • You will develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings.

You already have...

  • 5+ years of sales and account management experience in a SaaS/Cloud B2B environment.
  • Experience of selling with/ to Channel Partners. A reputation as a trusted business partner for your peers in the local reseller and system integrator community
  • A proven track record of success selling to mid-sized and/or enterprise customers.
  • Experience with Identity & Access Management, Single Sign-on and API-based solutions.
  • Experience in ISV or Channel.
  • Experience in IT/Security sales.
  • Experience in value-based selling at senior/C-Level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Native level in Turkish and at least C1 level in English
  • BSc/BA degree or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
  • Passion for technology to help organizations compete and thrive in the Digital Age.
  • The desire to travel as required within the country
