Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related area
- Advanced in English both spoken and written is must (Dutch is a plus)
- Knowledge in Azure is a plus
- Experience with relational database system and NoSQL
- Distributed DB knowledge is a plus
- Strong background in data structures and algorithms.
- Excellent knowledge of C#
- Experience in .NET application development
- Excellent knowledge on REST API Development
- Experience in message queues especially in RabbitMq is a plus
- Having a valid Microsoft Certificate is a plus
- Familiarity on source control tools (git)
- Has strong desires to learn and explore new technologies and demonstrates good analysis and problemsolving skills
- Experience in Agile scrum software development process
- Experience in service oriented architecture and microservices
- Collaborative team player, strong interpersonal skills
- Successful in the time management and compatible with flexible working hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can handle changing priorities
- High ability to following business processes and result-oriented
- Strong analytical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Open to learning, like to research and ability to produce efficient solutions
- Has no restriction to travel.
Job Description
- Developing projects, involving to analyses, preparing functional documents, participating in on-site meetings in various technologies
- Developing and maintaining in-depth understanding of client’s existing business processes and applications
- Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software
- Reviewing and contributing to the definition of functional requirements
- Reviewing system performance and recommends approaches improving overall performance
- Participating in detailed project planning and design reviews
- Translating functional requirements into technical requirements
- Identifying and disseminating “best practice” in development and maintenance of applications and systems
For Senior and Technical Lead Candidates;
- Providing technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
- Designing, developing and uniting test applications in accordance with established standards
- Participating in code reviews of solution designs and related code
- Researching and evaluating a variety of software products
