The ideal candidate will be strategic and results oriented. You will be responsible for building and managing a strong team that supports our expansion. The role requires someone who can think independently, solve problems quickly and can build systems and processes. The environment is fast-paced and informal, with high expectations for dedication and accuracy.

Responsibilities

· Design and execute strategies for business growth and successful operations

· Responsible for the team development and internal collaboration across the company

· Implement best practices across the IT industry

· Understand the local market and drive different initiatives

· Define and drive action plans to create strong relationships with local stakeholders

· Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant without losing its identity

Requirements

· Outstanding academic background

· 8+ years of professional experience in leading IT Software Development company

· Experience in managing Software Development teams consisting of more than 100 people

· Exposure in managing complex operations

· Proven track record in client management in an entrepreneurship environment

· Previous experience in full P&L management

· Ability to work with ambiguity and make things happen
