QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related departments,
- At least 10 years of experience in software development,
- At least 3 years of experience in team management,
- Knowledge and experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC), software development methodologies, design patterns and software architectures,
- Knowledge and experience in software architectures such as multi-layered software architecture, Solid Principles and design patterns,
- C# programming language and .NET Framework experience,
- Experience working with at least one of SQL, T-SQL or PL-SQL query languages,
- Experience in Service Architecture (SOA), SOAP and RESTful ,
- Able to lead their teams in terms of career development and technical,
- Strong communication skills,
- Responsible, capable of research, following new technological developments,
- Good command of English
- Preferably worked in at least one of the Javascript libraries (Angular, React, Vue etc.)
- Preferably with hybrid mobile application development experience (Ionic, ReactNative, Flutter etc.)
- Job description:
- Manage the Software Development teams for our international and local projects and their integrations,
- Ensuring the smooth completion of projects within the targeted deadlines
- Ensure that the developments are developed in accordance with the standards
- Following the innovations in software technology, suggesting improvement projects and guiding the team.
- Take act in the architectural issues of the projects and guiding the teams on architectural issues
- Conducting performance interviews with the team at regular intervals
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the software development process
- Coordinating interviews for new team members
