About the Job:

The Software Development manager is responsible for development and maintenance of company’s websites, and mobile applications. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on Software Development Manager who will lead internal software development team and freelancers to produce excellent results.

Responsibilities are followings:

Managing development and maintenance of company’s web and native mobile apps.
Obtaining and maintaining organic traffic with a SEO focus.
Working with product teams closely to create a best user experience.

Requirements:

At least 10 years of strong experience in software development and/or management.
Demonstrated ability to envision web-based services that meet consumer needs or solve business problems.
10 years of experience in web application development with open-source technologies such PHP and/or Python
Familiarity or Experience with JS based frameworks like nodeJS, reactJS.
Experience in a range of different frameworks and search engines, relational, noSQL databases, service-oriented architecture with HA and high traffic web technologies.
Track record of developing products from conception to launch.
Experience with Continuous Delivery, Integration and Deployment
Experience with delivering quality software with code review, unit testing and selenium test practices
Hands on experience of the development & architecture of a complex platform, end to end.
Excellent people management, communication, and development skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic technology team.
