GENEL NİTELİKLER
We're looking for a "Software Development Manager" for our head office in Kurtköy.Experienced in software development but his main task will be team management and development.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Provides overall guidance and motivation to developers
- Manage the team iteration and manage the workload of the development team members. Responsible for end-to-end cross functional system design
- Experience working within agile development teams and processes
- At least 5 years experience in a leadership position: team lead, development manager or architect
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Leadership experience in a software development organization required
- Strong leadership, communication, project management, time management and problem solving skills
- Ability to mentor and coach others
- 6-8 years of development experience with team management skills
- Strong knowledge and experience with Java Spring Frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data)
- Strong knowledge and experience with SQL, JDBC and ORM Tools (JPA/Hibernate)
- Strong knowledge and experience with REST web services, WebSockets, API backend integration
- Experience with Git, Maven, Gradle
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, OracleDB.
- Experience with Frontend development (Javascript, ReactJS)
- Experience with CI / CD (Jenkins and Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud technologies is a plus)
- Experience with DevOps is a plus
