QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist for our Ankara office
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or MIS
Desired requirements:
- Ability to fluently communicate in written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated.
Experience:
- Java software development.
- Front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge with Amazon web services.
- Knowledge of testing tools such as TestProject and Postman.
- Knowledge of issue tracking systems such as JIRA.
What you will do:
- Perform functional testing of features for release cycles, creation and execution of test cases, raising of defects, and maintenance of defect logs.
- Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software
- Create, modify and execute automated test plans.
- Analyze and write testing standards and procedures
- Consult with development engineers for issue resolution
- Analyze test results to ensure correct functionality, determine root causes of failures, and recommend corrective action
- Perform manual and automated testing
