MTEK has been providing end-to-end software solutions for more than 7 years in Istanbul. It is a well-established software development firm that has completed 20+ projects ( some of themare nation-wide ) successfully with nearly 30 software developers.

We are looking for an “Software Sales Manager” who will be a lead of Sales and help us to achieve our business goals and grow together!


DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

The sales manager is an integral part of the management team and responsible for business development and the sale of software solutions. As such, he/she must in particular:

  • Tracking International leads and sourcing offshore projects
  • Detect and define the requirements, needs and objectives of managing potential customers and create a product demonstration that shows how our software solutions can meet their requirements;
  • Provide answers to questions about software
  • Develop and maintain a good relationship with the prospect to strengthen and sell the value of our solutions;
  • Assist the General Manager in the preparation of bids and RFI and RFP requirements documents;
  • Participate in sales strategy development meetings.
  • A Sales Manager interacts with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions.
  • Compose and deliver superior sales presentations to prospective customer audiences. The presentations must articulate the sales message, differentiate our solutions, and leave a strong and positive impression to audiences which can include senior company executives.
  • Prepare and deliver value-based software demonstrations/presentations in support of sales cycles. Preparation includes personalization of materials to ensure delivery of a simple, appealing and compelling customer presentation.
  • Develop close relationships with development team in order to promote effective sales methodologies
  • Estabilish a CRM system to track sales progress.
  • Working in hybrid model.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree and / or degree in relevant
  • Have 3+ years of experience in software sales.
  • Knowledge of latest software technologies
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical prospects;
  • Ease to quickly establish a relationship of trust with clients in various positions;
  • Business acumen and aptitude for sale;
  • Ease in presentation / demonstration delivery;
  • Have good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Be willing to meet regularly for visits to clients.
