Software Specialist İş İlanı

GENEL NİTELİKLER

Our multinational business partner which operates in textile industry is looking for a "Software Specialist" for their Çerkezköy OSB plant.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or other related engineering departments.
• Computer programming experience of Open languages (e.g. Java, .NET, C#) more than 3 to 5 years is require
• Database and SQL experience more than 3 to 5 years is required
• CRM and cloud computing experience is preferred, Salesforce experience is most preferable. (more than 2 years)
• RPA (UiPath) development experience is preferred. (more than 2 years)
• Having experience in setting up IT systems in manufacturing enterprises more than 3 years; preferably in the textile and/or metal sector
• Good command of English is an asset (CFER B1 level or higher )
• MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint knowledge is must
• Having a driver's license
• No military obligations for male candidates
• Those who reside or can live in Çerkezköy, Kapaklı, Saray or Çorlu locations (Company provides transportation allowance to Çerkezköy, Çorlu, Saray and Kapaklı regions.)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides user technical level support in terms of Meet, email and phone calls
• Supports CRM system(Salesforce), System interface software communicating with core system
• Supports Assistant of Specialist operation
• Develops Salesforce function by low code programing
• Works with outsource vendors
• Leads key User trainings
• Leads communication with key users
• Prepares end User documentations
• Leads and supports User acceptance test
