Qualifications:
- Graduated from Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Electronic Communication Engineering or related departments of universities,
- Experience of communicating directly with the customer and be able to carry out this process effectively,
- Inclined to team work, responsible and able to communicate effectively,
- Researcher and easily adaptable to new technologies,
- Completed military service for male candidates.
- Having knowledge and experience in Internet, e-commerce systems, web hosting services,
- Firms, software support, technical support, etc. worked in the departments
- Preferably with SQL knowledge and application experience,
- Have knowledge of Ms Office,
- We are looking for teammates who are solution-oriented, prone to teamwork and want to improve themselves.
Job Description:
- Giving technical support for the products that it has been trained,
- Following up the projects carried out within the company,
- Providing product user trainings to our customers.
- Understanding the problems of customers who reach them by phone or ticket system and providing the necessary support.
- To make necessary referrals to other relevant departments
- Solving the problems that can be solved by remote connection method
