Who are we ?

UNILINK is a software platform for the automation of CNC machines for the profile industry in PVC, aluminium and steel profiles.

What are we looking for ?

As a software technician you are in charge of the installation and training of the UNILINK software. You will be our first point of contact for customers via the helpdesk.

Job description :

** Installing the UNILINK software at the customers, both home based and abroad.

** Training the customers in using the UNILINK software platform, online and on site.

** Helping customers with questions and issues they have via the helpdesk.

Job profile :

** Willing to get involved in the mission and tasks at UNILINK.

** Speaking fluently in English as a second language.

** Driven to support and help the customers on site, online and by phone.

** Flexible in the job

** Technically oriented.

** Previous experience is not required.
