Software Tools Engineer
Job Description We are looking for a Software Engineer for the Tools group in BorgWarner İzmir with the following skills and the qualifications;
Job Description:
- Setting up CI/CD solutions and integrations with project toolchain.
- Development of software tools.
- Following the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, testing and technical documentation.
- Driving re-use and commonality where possible.
General Qualifications:
BorgWarner Izmir Plant is seeking new Software Engineers to develop Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) solutions and software tools for vehicle electrification and electronic systems.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Engineering or related subject.
- Open to new graduates; 2 to 3 years work experience in the field is a plus.
- Good knowledge of C# is a must, Python is a plus.
- Experience with Jenkins or CI/CD in general is a plus.
- Ability to independently plan, develop and test a software component.
- Awareness of version control tools (e.g. SVN, Git).
- High level of technical documentation skills.
- High level of interpersonal and team skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Adaptability to work with global remote teams.
- Availability for national or international travel.
- Military service must be completed or be deferred at least 2 years for male candidates.
