Solar Projects Specialist - Civil İş İlanı

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

· Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial or Power plant projects civil and structural works (both in engineering, procurement, subcontractor & supplier management)

· Excellent verbal, written, technical and presentation skills are required,

· Advance user of MS Office (Excel, Word PowerPoint, etc.), AutoCAD, Google earth or civil design programs

· Knowledge of ground, structural, architectural, isolation, infrastructural works of Power Plants

· Knowledge of project design, bidding and management processes,

· Demonstrade Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) leadership in line with company expectations.

· A real team-player, analytical thinking and practical & solution-oriented, enthusiastic, self motivated, positive and energetic, good communication and strong negotiation skills,

· Assertiveness and organizational skills, Pro-active and initiative-taking,

· Good at building relationships and trust, good judgement skills high integrity,

· High standards of accuracy, be proficient at working to tight deadlines and under pressure, and be able to prioritize tasks

· Fluency in English both written and spoken

· Able to reside in Istanbul and no restriction to travel abroadwhen necessary,

· Supporting all project development and execution processes, in our solar power plant projects under development at home and abroad, especially in the Balkans, CIS countries, Sub Saharan Africa.

· Overall responsible for all Civil and Structural technical matters in the civil part of the project (especially Project development, engineering and procurement activities)

· Executing land evaluation , permitting issues and project development stage civil engineering activities

· Managing and facilitating the preliminary and detailed design as per the Project Development /Project Management / Civil Engineering requirements.

· Control, Correction, Review and approval of civil and structural engineering projects, calculations documents and activities ensuring that the Plant is technically compliant with the technical requirements & standards and site physical conditions

· Works on development of conceptual designs, equipment selections, optimization studies, review and control of calculations and design drawings, specifications, BOQ preparation, cost estimations.

· Preparation of RFP packages including detailed C-BOQ, Opening of SAP purchase requests and execution of tender technical evaluations, payment procedures,

· Follow-up of subcontractors and suppliers on all technical, cost , logistics and schedule matters (including progress payment and contract management issues)

· Ensuring that the civil and structural engineering and procurement program progress is reasonable and accurately considers the detailed Design Timeline, key equipment procurement and allowance for commissioning, testing and local technical requirements
