QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering required
- At least one year- experience as an engineer in the renewable energy sector would be an asset
- At least three years of relevant work experience in operation & maintenance would be an asset
- Familiarity with maintenance of MV/HV equipment and transformers
- Familiarity with EDAŞ/TEDAŞ/TEİAŞ processes
- Experience in permitting processes with local authorities and utilities preferred
- Knowledge of the relevant technical codes, regulations and standards
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English
- Assertive, able to cope with pressure, a team player, prepared to travel
Job Description:
- Planning, management, operation of after-sales services Operation & Maintenance
- Review technical requirements, terms, and conditions of Hanwha Q CELLS operation & Maintenance contracts
- Provide support to business development efforts in interfacing with customers
- Regular reporting to client and assure to fulfill O&M services in regards to costumers satisfaction and terms & conditions
- Manage and coordinate all technical aspects of the grid connection with the utility
- Manage Client-, sub-consultant and subcontractor
- Cost estimation for O&M work and labor
- Review and manage monitoring systems of PV plants according to contracts
- Conduction regular 24/7 hotline according to Operation & Maintenance service hotline (on demand)
- Issuing of monthly, quarterly- and yearly reports and special reports in regards of specific events of maintained facilities
- Review and control of compensation- and contingency measures during the operation phase
- Collaborate with team members when necessary to ensure effective communication and results
