QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:
- Analyzing technical problems of customers (analyze Email, Push and SMS service, member admin or reporting flows etc.), querying the database with and solving problems,
- Contacting software team of the customer and purpose solutions,
- Completing integration of web service,
- Provide consultancy about web service and integration problems, attending meetings,
- Informing customer after integration process and preparing documents and sharing the technical model of implementation,
- Monitoring the system load when it is needed,
- Issue coordination between internal groups for faster solutions.

Qualifications:
- Graduated from programming, computer engineering or related fields,
- Fluent in English especially verbal skills, native speaker in Turkish,
- At least 6 months experience, at most 3 years of work or internship experience in related fields,
- Good knowledge of SQL and Javascript,
- At least basic working knowledge of HTML, .NET, Web service,
- Being customer-oriented, solution-oriented and analytic thinker,
- Fast learner, proactive,
- Good at following up with tasks, detail-oriented.
