GENEL NİTELİKLER
A Good opportunity to join our fast growing luxury street wear brand. We are engaged in designing and short-term producing of all kind of items including clothing, footwear.
We are looking for "Sourcing Manager"
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably from Textile or Industrial Engineering
- Experienced in production and merchandising,
- Mininum 5 years experience in a similar position,
- Having experience in local or international sourcing offices and retail brands
- Must be good experienced in costing and cps,
- Proactive, dynamic and self-motivated,
- Fluent English, both written and spoken,
- Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
- Manage the relations with suppliers, monitor supplier performance and business and take necessary steps to this end.
- Determine risky processes/fields and make plans to eliminate these risks, to determine the processes that require regulation and the regulation targets, to check the decisions taken and approve these decisions.
- İmprove suppliers, take necessary steps to achieve annual targets and to guide technical team.
