İŞ TANIMI

  • The Sous-chef is responsible for the daily operation of his kitchen and food production
  • Responsible for the control of food/labour costs.
  • Involved actively in menu design and food preparation standards
  • Overseas and assists in the implementation and training on new menus and recipes
