We are looking for an Spa Supervisor who is dynamic, creative, pro-active, analytical approached, enthusiastic, innovative and has strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements
At least 3 years practical experience in similar position for a luxury property
Adheres to, supports and carries out the strategic Company’s vision and values
Superior Employee Skills
Displays high commitment to improving guest services
Committed to developing colleagues
Ability to motivate team and build morale
Manage and carry out procedures, have current knowledge of treatments, and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards
Ensure guest experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and consultation cards
Managing spa team members and beauty therapists to ensure high motivation, provision of high quality service and ongoing development
Manage guest feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and programme improvement
Instil brand values and standards to maintain quality on a daily basis
Liaise with other hotel departments
Ensure guests receive friendly and consistent personalised service from all team members
Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved
Ensure health, safety are complied with and Spa rules are observed by members and guests
To have a commintment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures as they relate to the Spa and hotel .
To have knowladge of current spa trends in the industry
