GENEL NİTELİKLER
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Industrial Engineering (or similar)
- Preferably experienced in aftersales departments and/or authorized services
- General understanding of mechanical, electrical and automotive components
- Good command of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- ERP knowledge (preferably SAP MM, EWM, SD modules)
- Excellent communication skills, able to work in a team environment and manage cross-departmental relations
- Well-organized and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Driving license with active driving skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
Work as a part of our Product Support Department, responsible for aftersales activities of land vehicles. Main responsibilities are:
- Warehouse layout optimization
- Coordination the spare part circulation between main warehouse, authorized services and customer facilities (Domestic/International)
- Prepare the pick-up and handover of required spare parts
- Regular stocktaking
- Managing warehouse staff
- Initiating spare parts and consumable orders in due time
- Coordination the required inspections of the spare parts
- Purchase requests follow-up
- Safety stock and dead stock management
- Involving in spare part localization activities
