QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Special Channels Activation Coordinator
The position will be based in Istanbul and will be reporting to Special Channels Activation Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assisting Special Channels Activation Manager on the realization of brand strategies in the Leisure channel.
- Following up on the Horeca & Special Projects contracts, SAP-related entries, and invoices.
- Tracking budget actualizations vs plans on a daily basis and following up the monthly reporting.
- Assuring and tracking on-time and accurate implementations on the field.
- Managing 3rd party services to ensure executions on time in coordination with related departments.
- Working closely with the marketing team, analyzing the data on market dynamics, and bringing new ideas.
- Managing the deadlines and prioritizing the new requirements.
- Preparing regular reports related to the area of responsibilities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s Degree is a plus,
- Fluency in both verbal and written English,
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience,
- Advanced level of MS Office applications knowledge,
- SAP Knowledge is a plus.
