- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs, VBA and SAP,
- SQL knowledge is a plus,
- Sound knowledge of data analytics, machine learning algorithms,
- Experience with analytical tools like Knime, Minitab, and QlikSense is a plus,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist – Data Analyst (Quality Assurance) who will join our team at the Refrigerator Product Directorate.
- Analyzing data from service call rate of refrigerator products,
- Determining product quality performance using data analytic tools with the aid of self-learning algorithms,
- Establishing non-linear extrapolation methods to better estimate product future performance,
- Building early bird warning system of customer complaints to drive the system before problems pop-up,
- Analyzing data from production to optimize process and audit controls,
- Transforming newly established data analytics algorithms to global Arçelik refrigerator plants e.g., Romania, Russia, S. Africa, Thailand, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh.
