QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer or similar discipline,

Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or related fields,

Experience in a manufacturing and quality environment is preferred.

Creative problem-solving ability and a results orientation,

Basic knowledge of SAP,
-
Passionate about learning new Technologies,
-
Good understanding in statistical tools for root cause analysis and statistical decision making,
-
Knowledgeable in quality tools: Six Sigma, Lean, 8D, PPAP, SPC,

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
-
Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

The position is located in Eskişehir.
How will you foster the challenge?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist - Design&Product Quality who will join our team at Quality Team
-
Establishing and maintainin the Quality Control process and key deliverables.

Training the Quality Control inspectors on the Quality Control process and key deliverables.
-
Conducting and approve incoming purchased parts/components/materials inspection per Arcelik requirements prior to goods receipt by Arcelik.

Engaging in supplier audit activities to evaluate supplier compliances on Arcelik’s requirements when required
-
Engaging in new suppliers’ qualification activities to develop the alternative resources when required
-
Understanding and applying the manufacturing quality toolset including GR&R/measurement system analysis, control plans Cpk, Cp, SPC, hard gauging applications, computer-based inspection methods.

Reviewing drawings to evaluate quality requirements including correct application of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), proper use of engineering, process and material specifications, and identification of key characteristics for inspection plans and methods.

Coordinating with other departments ( R&D, engineering management, purchasing, planning, production)

Participating in and contributing to Reliability projects and activities
