- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer or similar discipline,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production engineering or related fields,
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

- Market awareness and understanding of multi-cultural environments,

- Basic knowledge of SAP,

The position is located in Manisa.
How will you foster the challenge? We are looking for a Specialist - Production Engineering who will work for Refrigerator Production Directorate in Manisa Plant. - Establishing and maintaining the process engineering in related production of refrigerator products and key deliverables.
- Increasing knowledge, analyze the process in charge and build feasible projects to sustain safety, quality, producibility and efficiency.
- Managing cross-functional team to understand the needs of the people, products and production.
- Creating specifications, conduct and approve the manufacturing of the new equipment and machinery according to Arcelik requirements.
- Utilizing statistical methods for approving the equipment and machinery.
- Engaging in supplier audit activities to evaluate supplier compliances on Arcelik’s requirements when required
- Engaging in new suppliers’ qualification activities to develop the alternative resources when required
- Understanding and appling the manufacturing quality toolset including GR&R/measurement system analysis, control plans Cpk, Cp, SPC, hard gauging applications, computer-based inspection methods.
- Reviewing drawns to evaluate producibility/quality requirements including correct application of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), proper use of engineering, process and material specifications, and identification of key characteristics for inspection plans and methods.
- Coordinating with other departments (R&D, quality, engineering management, purchasing, planning, production)
- Participating and contributing to Reliability projects and activities
