- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Mathematical Engineering or related departments,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related area,
- Having experience in Project Management,
- Good knowledge in Finance processes and Finance technology,
- Having strategic approach to understand stakeholder objectives & requirements,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,

How will you foster the challenge?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist – Finance Transformation who will join our team at Finance Transformation & Sales Control team.
- Analyzing business needs and determining improvement areas suitable for digitalization in the end-to-end processes
- Leading process improvement projects and developing more standardized and leaner processes
- Providing consultancy to business units on critical process design standards such as digitalization, automation, and up-to-date technologies such as RPA / machine learning / artificial intelligence / bot applications in process improvement activities
- Coordinating project deployments and trainings
- Ensuring agreement with relevant stakeholders during the implementation phase
- Creating change plans and leading efforts to embrace the transformation within the Finance function
- Designing workflows, creating corporate memory
- Carrying out activities for the dissemination of successful practices that will increase speed and efficiency and improve processes within the company
- Keep building own Finance functional and technological know-how by staying current on market innovations and the latest developments
