QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or other related fields, (Master Degree is a plus),
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,

How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate a Specialist - HR Business Partner who will join our team at Washing Machine HR Team
- Taking an active role in Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Performance Management processes,
- Taking an active role in suggestion processes,
- Supporting Training & Development, employee engagement and other HR functions
- Advising on human resources processes and applications,
- Following up and keep update the Human Resources documents, regulations, procedures, policies, etc.
- Knowledge of Turkish labour Law.
