QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering,
- Minimum 3 years experience in technical services,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,

The position is located in İzmir.
We are looking for a passionate Specialist-HVAC & Energy Solutions who will join our team at Customer Care Directorate.
- Being responsible for assembly controls of HVAC&Energy Solutions projects,
- Preparing and publishing HVAC products technical journals,
- Follow up fluctuation of HVAC products and inform related departments,
- Follow up HVAC product failure rate monthly and give approval for service slips,
- Regular field visits to solve problems between vendors, services and costumers,
- Preparing required training documents and ensure training of related employees,
- Planning and executing fixed asset investments of HVAC&Energy Solutions department,
- Improve HVAC&Energy Solutions processes by creating 6 sigma projects.
