QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering,
- Having strong experience in lean production and MTM methodology,
- Having strong experience in project management,
- Having strong experience in metarial flow,
- Knowledge of MTM analysis (Methods-Time-Measurement) also Lean Manufacturing,
- Preferably, having 6 sigma skills,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and macro applications,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,

How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist- Industrial Engineering who will join our team at WAT Motor - Production&Supplier Dev. Tribe Tech.
- Having knowledge of industrial engineering simulation programs,
- Experienced in bottleneck and line balancing analysis,
- Using MTM methodology for optimum workforce to be used for production,
- Adapting of operations to production tempo’s,
- Defining standard worker amount according to tempo and processes,
- Monthly and yearly capacity planning according to demands,
- Making production revisions (worker/hour, equipment, shift) according to changing demands,
- Performing studies aiming to increase the capacity and productivity,
- Adopting new production technologies to operations.
