QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related area will be an asset,
- Having experience in method time measurement and line balancing,
- Having experience in implementation and commissioning of efficiency improvement projects,
- Having experience about cost reduction and feasibility analysis,
- Having experience in MS Office programs especially in Excel and PowerPoint,
- Having experience in statistical analysis programs such as MINITAB, SPSS etc,
- Experience in optimization programs such as GAMS, LINGO, Excel Solver, etc. is an asset,
- Experience in simulation programs such as Siemens Plant Simulation and Arena Simulation is an asset,
- Experience in CAD programs such as AutoCad, Siemens-NX is an asset,
- Ability to use Excel VBA for creating complex macros is an asset,
- Having experience in Python, R and Knime or being motivated to learn these programs in order to be able to use their modules related with data analysis, optimization, and machine learning,
- No restriction for traveling,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a Specialist - Industrial Engineering who will work for Electronics Directorate.
The main responsibilities are:
- Developing efficiency increasing projects for production areas, warehouses, and material distribution systems,
- Calculating man-hour and capacity of production lines dynamically and conducting line balancing studies for the area of responsibility,
- Following new production technologies and applying them to existing technologies related with the manufacturing processes of TV and other products,
- Leading technical projects for Arçelik’s factories at various countries,
- Supporting new product projects from an Industrial Engineer perspective,
- Developing and leading optimization and simulation projects related with production,
- Preparing layout plans related with production lines and conveyors,
- Developing ergonomic improvement solutions for operations,
- Providing “design for assembly and manufacturability” feedback for R&D department.
