- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields,
- Minimum 4 years of experience in system design and structural design for HR processes and integrations,
- Knowledge of business planning, process analysis and design, business and functional requirements analysis, implementation, test, trainnig , support and change management,
- Knowledge and minimum 4 years of experience in SAP HR,
- Knowledge of Success Factors is plus,
- Having strategic approach to understand needs of the market and stakeholder objectives & requirements,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

Specialist - HRIS who will join our team at Information Technologies Directorate and report to HR IS Manager.
- Gathering requirements from global business partners and planning, analysing, desingning, implementing , monitoring and supporting using business analysis methodologies,
- Consulting and improving business processes regarding business needs in consideration with value-added new technologies,
- Having a chance to work with local/global consultants,
- Leading and/or taking part in IT projects to ensure adherence to goals and line of business needs,
- Improving business processes by evaluating new technological alternatives and build associated scenario,
- Providing L3 support for end-user services, including help desk and technical support services,
- Working with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
